Second-Hand Equipment
Our second-hand goods are sold as "final sales" and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
We do not offer guarantees on second hand goods. You must ensure you are happy to make your purchase before completing the transaction. Returns will not be accepted for second-hand goods which are unwanted or when you have changed your mind. Exceptions to this policy cover items damaged in transit or items received which are significantly different to the sales description.
Damaged items
If you receive a damaged item you must provide photographs of damage along with photographs of all original packaging within 48 hours of receipt. We will then offer you an exchange or refund Item not as described If you receive an item which is significantly different to the sales description please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can discuss exchange or refund options.
Condition -
The item must be unused by you and in it's original delivery packaging. Second-hand equipment which has been damaged in transit or is significantly different to the sales description and shows signs of any use since purchase will not be accepted for return.
Proof of Purchase-
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return postage fees-
We will cover the costs of return postage if your second-hand equipment has arrived damaged in transit or not as described in the sales description.
Non-Returnable Items-
Used or opened balls, gloves, or any personal items like socks or towels cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Custom orders (e.g., personalised golf clubs or custom-fitted clubs) are non-returnable.
We reserve the right to withdraw our returns policy for any customer using it excessively.
